3 days after the High Court ruled Government had acted unlawfully by failing to publish Covid contracts, Boris Johnson stood up in the House of Commons and reassured MPs and the public that all Covid-related contracts were "on the record". However, the final Order handed down by the Judge today shows that what the Prime Minister told the House was not true.

The Judge confirmed:

"The Defendant has published 608 out of 708 relevant contracts for supplies and services relating to COVID-19 awarded on or before 7 October 2020. In some or all of these cases, the Defendant acted unlawfully by failing to publish the contracts within the period set out in the Crown Commercial Service's Publication of Central Government Tenders and Contracts: Central Government Transparency Guidance Note (November 2017)."

On the more significant issue of her misleading Parliament the verdict of the Holyrood Inquiry report, which has still not been published, will be determinative.

The terms of James Hamilton's remit are vital to anyone assessing the value and significance of his report. An attempt to have the remit widened was desperately resisted by John Swinney the Deputy First Minister. A recent request under Freedom of Information laws by a journalist to access the emails between Mr Swinney and Mr Hamilton on the question of the width of the remit was partially rejected by the Scottish government on what appear to be highly doubtful grounds. It's probably correct to view that incident as just another aspect of the SNP government's desperation to conceal the whole truth from the Scottish public.

Don't get me wrong I couldn't care less about the sweaty socks the sooner we bin them the better but we really  don't want MK0 stepping off his fence and taking sides do we?

Sturgeon was found not guilty.
Priti Patel was found guilty of the exact same offence.

No one seems too bothered about Patel.
Hmm..............I wonder why?

You have to wonder if Miss Krankie....someone who struggles to recall so many facts ( cough does she not keep a journal- was that ever asked?) is a fit and proper person to be "in charge" of a " country" conclusion = she is not she just thinks she is and if Westminster stamp their foot for example.... WE are leaving EU .....she has no real power.

Two issues here ....Sturgeon obviously has "recall issues" = worrying.

Drifting off topic here but hey ho in for a penny etc.....

Regarding Patel Spot the common denominator ....this is just a guess I think refer to it as "positive" discrimination .

But they concluded that the Home Office had feared possible accusations around her salary and she had benefited from positive discrimination.

They said positive discrimination was behind her pay hike from £165,000 to £185,791.

Home Secretary Priti Patel, backed by Mrs Williams, attempted to get salary calculations due to be disclosed by the tribunal made secret  - but their case was thrown out.

It is not a new thing almost 40 years ago a local police force lowered the pass mark required to be attainted by applicants from "ethnic" minorities to "encourage applications". Many officers pointed out that in its self was racist.....and were told to shut up....or they were racist.

The clue is in the word "discrimination".
