A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!

...and while they're at it, how about a FULL investigation into Councillors 'interests' in 'The Community sector'!   This could include anything from 'community associations' to Youth clubs...held in HBC properties.  The investigations would have to, at least morally, produce the accounts of the 'organisations' for public scrutiny.  Yes...I know there's more chance of a Labour MP voting for Brexit, but we can but dream!
