What does?

£1.2 million divided by 25 divided by 52.

Are we going to see the same reasoning used to  justify the purchase of the Tin-shed ?
We wont find out if the profit-prediction is accurate until 2045-ish.

What's the situation regarding the drains?

The drains would remain the responsibility of Northumbrian Water - Already checked.

Thanks for the clarification - thought that was the case - was asked by a neighbour, so thought I'd double check.

You are working on the assumption that we would be stupid enough to pay £1.2m for it. We wouldn't.

The site has been valued and councillors at F&P were advised on how much it is believed to be actually valued at, as well as how much we should be prepared to negotiate to before walking away - and we will walk away because this has to pay for itself or it is a non starter.

now that is a breath of fresh air  and good to hear  :)
A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment

Who owns the free car park a 5 minute stroll from the marina bars and cafe's ?

I am thinking the Vision retail park has no units let so why don't people park there and just walk ?

Don't worry if the units ever have tenants and the Council own the Car Park Meters will be installed I think.
