We're hearing that Mr Cranney has resigned from the Labour Party. Did he fall or was he pushed? Will he join the SLP? Has he thrown in the political towel? This is getting interesting.

Why stay? He has no political/money-making future  under the present Soviet and they loath each other. The puzzle is why he waited so long to jump ship as when the SCABal left he was always wary that his next visitor would start wielding an ice-pick!

Am hearing that he's joined the Akers-Belchers, MD & Marshall (plus Barclay) in the SLP. That would give him a chance to make a come back in 2020.
