A councillor is an elected representative of their ward, not their political party!
Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment

Is it true that the source of these 'revelations' is the SCABAL in the wake of the schism between the SLP and Labour? Had heard that someone was trying to smear the two other Labour ward councillors with this - which does seem rather unfair as it didn't happen on their watch. Believe it was said to have occurred between 2002 and 2012 or thereabouts - years before they entered the council chamber.

If it IS the weasels who are behind this, then I reckon that it will backfire on them BIG TIME!  Yes, I agree on any investigation into any alleged wrongdoings.  However, it seems that 'they' and their fellow weasels (you all know who we are talking about here) suffer from memory loss, regarding, for instance MRA.  Also, if it's true that Carl Richardson really does keep a 'little black book' then if and when he's backed into a corner, the book may reveal many, many things ;).  Interesting one to watch, this 'investigation malarky!

You wish. That will never happen. Look at how they humiliated and used Keith Fisher and he was in charge of the Whitewash Investigation of SAB providing alcohol to minors.  If anyone had dirt on the SCABs it was Keith and he never  once event let a hint escape about what really went on. Not even when they decided they no longer needed him and took his (token) Chair away. No Labour politician or anyone expecting to climb the ladder will ever  leak dirt on the party. It is a career ending move. Carlm as his waistline shows, knows which side his bread is buttered.
