We all have our opinions - and are entitled to express them in a civil manner.  One thing which is concerning Admin. is that what can be perceived as 'angry' posts put people off sharing their ideas in response. So we're going to ask all members to stop and think before hitting that 'post' button; to think not only what they mean in their own minds but how it will appear in cold print. .

How could you think that of me..........my flabber has never been so gasted.  My appearance is important to me and I am immensely proud of the fact I can still fit in the same size of clothes as when I was a callow youth. I made sure I kept my figure. Indeed I think I have lost a few Kg.   oops sorry I mean good old English Imperial  lbs. What do you think?
