Love Hartlepool?

Driving along Brenda Road this morning and spotted two Council mini buses with complete side vinyls featuring dreamy scenes and embracing us to 'Love Hartlepool'.
This isn't a couple of transfers on an Airfix kit, but full size vinyls. What the purpose of these follys is I don't know. Do we need to be reminded to love Hartlepool or just another of their daft campaigns at self promotion.
The reason I ask however is just how much irrelevant tosh like this costs, it serves no real purpose yet they claim to be on the breadline money wise.
