Last night's council meeting saw George Morris retire - Raymondo was on the back row with the public - coincidence?

Maybe he's thinking of having a second coming as an independent? A chance to climb back into the saddle.
The local Tories look a like funeral club night out and Labour look like a charabanc trip to oblivion, the seats full of ventriloquists dummies and the puppet masters still trying to work out which strings to pull having only just mastered getting the dummies to nod their heads.
