Police budget

I was reading through the leaflet breaking down policing costs and the pie chart gave a percentage breakdown of how the money is spent.  However, I could not see the total budget figure for the year and as the commissioners office costs were 0.6% of the total budget. It would be nice to know what that figure is.
Admittedly I see no reason for a commissioner and rather it was spent on extra officers.
