This is what happens when amateurs set up charities involving animals. This is one of a number of horses badly neglected at OFCA HartLepool. Horses are now rehomed by someone who knows how to care for them. It has cost them thousands in vets bills and one poor animal has had to be destroyed 😢

If and it is only If, the same people take it over a short phone call to the RSPCA will probably be all it needs to close it double quick.......I walked around the 'community farm' the other day, basically it is a s***hole with a couple of containers a well clapped out caravan and a rundown portacabin.

Last year questions were put to the council regarding the hungry kids scheme at the community farm.....Was there hot and cold water, was there a proper facility for preparing and serving food, did the staff have the relevant food hygiene certificates, was there a trained first aider on the site and were proper toilet facilities provided........

All questions were answered in the positive........ The mind boggles at the total lack of responsibility by the council......

I noticed f**ty Frain falling over himself to stick his oar in. One thing's for sure, he's never going to be pictured on Facebook suffering from neglect.

Surely, if these horses were neglected at OFCA Farm and if one poor animal had to be put to sleep, then the RSPCA should have already been informed and action / impending prosecution against those responsible should happen, if it hasn't already.  If anyone under the Rifty 'umbrella' starts a 'community' farm, then questions need to be asked regarding the suitability of any staff / volunteers to care for any animals there.  Btw, if it hasn't occurred to anyone here already, maybe SAB wants to open a farm so that he can invite all his fellow Scabbal councillors round for a bite to eat.  'Pigs in a trough' springs to mind!  Animal Farm it surely is!

Maybe he just likes to be right beside his old school?

Rumour has it that it could become the 'Summerhill Pretendy Safari Park', with realistic stuffed animals, combined with a 'Jurassic Park' walled compound for the old dinasours to be put out to grass in when de-selected or voted out of office.
A cafe known as the 'Jungley Tarzan Tea Rooms' is also mooted.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

For God's sake IK, DON'T give them any ideas.  SAB running around in a loincloth will frighten the horses.  Seeing Mad Dog dressed up as Jane will KILL the horses!

Reading it back, I realised my joke could be used as a viable blueprint for a future crackpot project.
Mind you, when it comes to the Tarzan role, the inbuilt ability to  run around frantically chest beating would come quite naturally to them.
Even more alarming would be the sight of them stomping up to the grand opening, complete with freshly crimped safari attire, dressed like a poor mans Sanders of the River.
What can be asserted without proof,
