Hartlepool's own Eco Warrior. The man can recycle anything-provide he can carry it on his cycle!.  He is often paid by a Landlord to move into their property. He looks after the place and he  knows a lot of  'good' tenants so persuades  them to move in  as well.  Landlords really are keen on getting him into one of their houses.  and we all know who the landlord is
