What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

Helping smaller businesses, errrrrr how does that actually work then who decides who gets what when they are dishing out the money........having said that, a local business ended up £358,000 quid in rate relief....Well technically it wasn't rate relief, it just didn't pay the rates bill.
