Well since OFCA has gone belly up it could be that a certain councillors family could be looking for a new income stream. Not to mention the ever increasing suspicious glances being thrown towards the Rifty project.

I hope they don't intend to move into other services. A&E with Dr Feelgood and Buster Bloodvessel in charge is hardly re-assuring.
