Further to your request for information, I can advise as below;

1) holiday - None.
2) Pop Concerts - £262 - This and the spend in relation to Flamingo Land relates to children in our care. The Council has a responsibility to these children to ensure they enjoy the same opportunities as those children not in our care.
3) Flamingo Land - £5,038 - see comment above
4) Alcohol - £44,454 - This is for the purchase of beers and spirits for sale in the bars at our two public entertainment venues, Town Hall Theatre and Borough Hall, which operate on a self financing basis.
5) Taxis - £593,577 - This mainly relates to transport to and from school for children with special requirements ie special needs, looked after Children and transporting vulnerable adults, which the Council has legal responsibility to arrange.
