I'm baffled as to why a chunk of Owton Manor between Wynyard Road and Brierton Lane is in with Rossmere yet a part of Foggy Furze has been stuck on the Manor ward. That ward will stretch from the top of Owton Manor ( St Patricks) down to Burn Valley, totally unconnected. Puzzling.

Probably to try to justify the new Labour Rossmere Ward - top it up with voters from one of the end of Owton Manor then replace those with voters from Foggy Furze - it's all to do with creating 3 Labour Councillors or gerrymandering

They seem to have ignored the obvious dividing line in the Manor, of Catcote Road and created some convoluted demarcations. Ridiculous.

Anybody know what the void is between Rossmere, Rural West and Seaton, just an empty hole looking at the map presented. Why dont the commision and the others just leave alone that which they clearly dont understand. Always we are told Gmnt cuts, no money, so how in gods creation can they find the extra allowances, both basic and enhancements, to fund a further three councillors. Bizarre is not even close.
