Driving down Avenue Road yesterday and noticed the Probation Offces apparently empty. Have they been shipped out as well?

On the leaving town thread. Has x-ray and ultrasound gone to Peterlee too ?

I don't think so, I had an ultra sound scan at Peterlee and recently had a minor surgery at the Headland Centre, so I think staff move between several locations....maybe it's to take the load off North Tees and offer local facilities to the locals ?

XRay still available at HGH and One Life as far as I know.  Why would it go to Peterlee?
If it has changed I'dbe interested to know why.

I drove up to Peterlee for my scan because I had the appointment within a week, it was no real hardship (apart from the parking metre), although I realise that not having a car could be a problem for many.

I suppose that is the advantage of the Choose and Book system when individuals can decide where they want to be seen.  Different to having the service removed locally.
