Hill with Brash?

Hill was with a group standing outside the Civic entrance near the Grand Hotel at around 8. He was smoking and I watched as he nipped his fag and threw it on the pavement and stood on it. Not sure if Brash was one of the group but it looked like a much slimmed down version if it was him.
