Nice to know that HBC is anticipating our every need (even if it's  ...erm, not needed).  Returning from a trip to Tyneside on this cool but sunny April evening, I was slightly surprised to see gritters out on the streets of Hartlepool - roads are dry, and no snow, rain or hail are forecast - is Sunday double time?
