who made the choice to replace ged hall with maj james as head of children,s services?  they obviously do not remember her past or do they ??

I thought she was Vice Chair.

If she is Chair this is really bad news for Hartlepool schools and children, when she was Chair of Neighbourhood services she could only screw us material factors such as roads and grass cutting.  Its interesting that an Assistant Director of NS could not wait to get out once she got the job.

If she has got the Chairmanship this is a major c**k up from Calamity Chris.

Still a bad move, Alan Clark will struggle to stop her taking over.  I would not be surprised to see some officers jump ship rather than work with her.
