Anybody remember 1994-5? Martin Yorke & the FE College fraud?

I know it was in the Hartlepool Mail's first edition but I never managed to get a copy of the paper!

I know Martin Yorke worked as a Manager of the Electrical Maintenance dept of Hartlepool College of Further Education. And was involved with Northern Electrical Wholesale (N.E.W.) in defrauding the College of £100,000's in supplies and funding when they were building the tower on the back and the bistro/catering academy on the front.

I never found out what happened factually after that! One rumour was he was never prossocuted and went to do the same job at a Hospitail!
Anybody know, or have the paper?
