Hi Lord Elpus, what an exellent name wish i had thought of it. George Osbourne is indeed taking the p**s, re tax avoidance and closing the loopholes, he has had to mention it due to it in part, coming to the attention of the general public and therefore to be seen to do something about it. he is of course speaking in CODE.
