Interesting if not entirely accurate account of the situation. The WNF was knocked on the head by the outgoing Labour Government. Presumably, it was the money that had already been allocated that ran out in March last year - a point not made entirely clear in the story.

Perhaps the local Labour Group should write themselves a letter in complaint - though, come to think of it, Richardson would probably forget to send it to avoid the awkwardness of it all.
