I always thought it was daft narrowing Church Street for cafe culture and I think I have been proven right.
I have noticed on numerous occasions that the North side in particular has cars parked along the fancy new pavement nose to tail for the full length.
That fancy expensive if shoddily constructed pavement is not getting used in the intended way.
Maybe I shouldn't be worried and it will be replaced with a different colour of pavement in the near future to match a particular councillor's eye colour.
A load of bollards ...... should sort it.
