Maybe it's just me but reading through HBC's recent press releases you get the impression it's 'business as usual'
I think the plan is to simply pretend nothing has happened and go into denial mode.

I believe its Mad Marge's idea to reshape the roundabout so that approaching cars can always give way to the Left ;)
