Seneca was recently acquired by Tunstall Homes as it's focus had "moved away from building homes" according to the MD of TH.
The plot earmarked for phase 1 of a plan, to build 2,000 houses adjacent to Elwick Road at the top of Conisliffe Road was for the building of 35 executive type homes due to start in January 2017.
Two weeks ago Seneca apparently bought roughly half the plot for just under a million pounds from Tunstall Homes, done through Companies House "Registration of a Charge", Charge number 0775 7320 0002. Anyone got any idea whats going on?
