That tit Wig Allan is still spaming the Mail's letter page and, like all the other nodding dogs keeps refering to the 'World Class' Hospital.
'World Class' sailing event. 'World Class' College it seems everything is 'World Class'.
Can anyone point me to a non 'World Class' Hospital that has been built?
Where can I find these second class institutions that are used to magnify Dumbo's wet dreams?
