Took a walk past beach side properties (huts) are they ever going to finish them??????????? surprised not stripped down and taken away as scrap, another case of we started it so we wont finish it.
I think building the huts was a private enterprise, and the council purchased 2 of them.

If you can't organise the assembly of half a dozen beach huts, what chance have you got of running a town?
Incidentally, other towns just build wooden beach huts, these look very high spec to me, why?
