Odd shape............

Looking at the Mail video of the Hospital meeting I was struck by the odd 'shape' of SAB.
Is he wearing some sort of back-brace?

Apparently he had bust out of his Straight Jacket, and escaped from the Local Nut House, and the remenents you see is the odd shape under his shirt, obviously a failed attempt to hide the Straight Jacket he is wearing.

I hope he enjoyed his little wander around Tesco's at 17:20pm today, He didnt have much in his trolley mind you, He must be on a budget shop....
