A change of subject.
Just been reminded that over 470 emergency workers died in the New York 9/11 disaster - mainly fireman but police, medical and others.

Do you think that this would happen here or would it be all over by the time that they did a risk assessment, waited for the correctly trained personnel and the proper equipment? Then of course there would be the claims for tripping over a kerb, falling over a brick,  covered in dust etc etc.
