Don't know what to make of it but according to this, all is calm as the bailiffs whip computers off desks and clamp the wheels of white van man.

"its nice to see everyone at Manor Residents is looking relaxed despie the strange goings on, wheel clamping one day confiscating computers the next, cant wait for the next episode."

Go Figure.

I wonder if the computers were paid for by HBC Grants..... aka. The Ratepayers.

It would be a little ironic if the £5,000 or so raised by Akers-Belcher's Chairman's fund and destined for NYPD ends up replacing PCs taken away by Bailiffs for non-payment of debt. !

I'm sure SAB wouldn't make a mistake like that , would he?

Diplomacy is the ability to tell someone to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip.

I would have thought that the "Trustees" of Manor Residents would have been aware of any possible "Financial Troubles" the organisation was in ? & surely their function is to see that proper financial practices were followed ?.

The trustees  & especially the 2 who are Labour Councillors, S.A.B & P Beck must obviously be open to questioning on the situation Manor Residents find themselves in.

I don`t think bringing an action that involves Bailiffs is a short term thing, it must have been obvious for a number of months that problems were apparent to them.

How can they be in financial dire straits with, according to their accounts, over £850,000 'retained for future use'?  :o

Good idea for the 'flyers' Danny, mine are going out tomorrow.  ;D
