Deferred from the last committee meeting. Previous agenda suggested departmental reorganisation. Make what you like of that!

I realise that certain things need to be kept confidential....... but HBC have a track record of sweeping the carpets under the carpet.....

Try and find out stuff, even with FOI requests and you often only get part of the story, see What Do They Know, my request for information on My Place cafe was less than informative, despite the fact the business is apparently operated by a councillor in council premises the information given was minimal.
