Interesting 'microcosm' of public feeling towards the Lib dems this. The seat 'Corby' was formed in 1983 and never once have the Lib dem (liars) finished anything other than 3rd. Granted it's never been a strong area for them but typically they gain 5 or 6 thousand votes, although it has been as high as 9,000 under the old liberal banner.

Last night they got 1,770 votes out of a total cast of 35,665 and (after a couple of recounts to try and save face) they lost their deposit.

They finished 4th behind UKIP. About 2 thirds of what were (seemingly) their core supporters have abandoned them in Corby. Are you listening Mr Clegg? In exchange for 4 or 5 years of playing second fiddle, you have destroyed the party. Well done, well done you.

The Lib Dems have lost their deposit in Corby, you have to realise the aforementioned party are ultamately the Labour party without the unions, Labour won overall in Corby, and they say all roads to government go through Corby, in other words the next government in 2015 will be Labour, what`s less certain is if a hung parliment will UKIP not the Lib Dems be the king makers.

Aparently  Perseus you without wings it has been indeed more than 120 days, my bet is still the same UKIP will see a British Spring.
