.... and felt sorry for him.  The Watcher staring into the distance, isn't it time he was finally allowed to move down to the sea front and be allowed to watch the ships....
Let's face it, he's hidden away while nonsense like the balls roundabout and that idiot confection at the bottom of Church Street which looks like an unfinished motorway support are tolerated.

ah the old Watcher.....a blast from the past that cost thousands only for the Council to be too embarrassed to display it. So it's tucked away in the Gray Garden where it rarely gets a glance. I always thought placing it on top of the Highlight behind Jackson's Landing gazing out to sea would be a suitable place. Alternatively, it could be placed in the centre of the council chamber to remind them all of past spending follies ...... or of HTH's constant presence if it helps to prevent more
