SOUTHBROOKE FARM
SUMMERHILL LANE
HARTLEPOOL

Residential development comprising 14 detached properties including demolition of existing buildings and farmhouse
If this is approved, will it open the adjacent land to housing develoment, is it the foot in the door.

The Jutty Road Ub, I happen to go down Seaton Lane this morning, at the junction with Jutland Road I noticed a Black Board....... Hot & Cold Sandwiches & Sunday Lunches at £5.... curiosity got the better of me, I tootled along to see where the cafe was in Jutty Rd..... there isn't one, just The Ub........I wonder if the LabMob's entrepreneurial genius Kevin is branching out into the 'Cafe Culture' ?

Are you sure this sign isn't for the sandwich shop on Jutland Road Fred?
From memory i think it was Kinnersley's but haven't been down that way for a while so could be wrong.

You could be right about the sarnie shop, it was the Sunday Dinner for fiver that caught my eye........ if it is the sarnie shop.......... I owe Craney an apology....... I'll wait 6 months then give him one.  :)

You might want to rephrase that? If it was Lying Ste or Calamity Kris the promise would probably be appreciated.....

I don't think Cranney could get away with charging a fiver for a pot noodle  ;) but i wouldn't put it past him to try!
