Looks like it's lumberjack time in the grounds of Tunstall Court.....is this s conservation area and are the trees protected by s tree preservation order...?

I  may know buggerall but at least I know it

I wonder what the guidelines are, size, type of tree , always wondered about that, because 160 saplings would be a bit different to 160 mature trees.

Don't you think that it is suspicios to say the least, that the cutting down of the trees starts just before a long weekend?

Are they still at it?

If they have cut down all of these trees in a conservation area and broken the law, then the only sanction left is a fine. In this town I don't think that that will be a serious imposition nor a blight on the profit of the developers. And who are they and their friends?
