Perhaps the Dear Leader could reflect on why The Marina needs 'revitalising'.
I wonder why a vision only 20 years old needs to be re-worked.
In 1995 other visionaries  promised that they could deliver 500,000 visitors a year and barely 2 decades later we get the same old promises from the same old fools...........
