someone told me today this is transferring to the boro,what does this provide?

I used to go to Tees Street for the retinopathy and chiropody clinic both of which are now in the One Life Centre. I'm not sure what's left there. MIND, the mental health charity, has it's local base there of which we constantly hear good things.
