Cobden Area Resident's 'again' managed to get a lump sum from the pot of money mainly because they are a Labour controlled resident association overseen by Ms Hargreaves.

And yet another pot for a football club!

There in the picture is Peter Burton from Hartlepool Credit Union yet there is no mention of how much cash they have been given. 'If Any'

BUT what is he doing in the photograph?
