As for the legality, that will be determined by Devlin and a quick calculation of his current pension entitlement.

Manor Residents & WhoCaresN/E....... public money & charity/voluntary outfits that didn't end well for the council tax payers.

The thought of the ruling group having control of awarding council contracts is something that doesn't bear thinking about, who exactly will provide the checks & balances, the LabTor Mob already run rings around the administration... look no further than the "Constant Improvement to the Constitution"
