The new 'third wheelie bins' are being delivered to residents on the edge of the Burn Valley area as you read this. (Colenso Street, Rydal Street etc).
If you happened to drive* past there just now, the whole area looks like it's been invaded by an army of impotent daleks....
(Assuming you could drive there of course, which you can't because of road works).
I am worried that if I get any more bins it will be classed as a house extension and my council tax will go up a band.
