Councillor Christopher Akers-Belcher Jeff Hall we cannot claim any of them in our role within Hartlepool Borough Council nor can any other Councillor. That was one of the recommendations when they changed member allowances to their new rate, which is still the lowest per head of electorate in the whole of the Tees Valley albeit the others can still claim expenses WHAT ARE THESE THEN https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10156497459079595&set=p.10156497459079595&type=3&theater
