The meeting of the Audit & Governance Committee at which the audit reports into Manor Residents and Who Cares(NE) will be presented will take place on Thursday, 27th June at 09:30 in Committee Room B. The meeting is open to the public.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't/wasn't Akers-Belcher a trustee of manor Residents, therefore how can he have failed to declare an interest at the start of the audit meeting in May?

And why didn't the chief solicitor remind him of his involvement in MRA?

Not sure what you are getting at GR. I've a had a look at the agenda for the meetings on May 30th and 31st and Manor Residents doesn't make an appearance so there wouldn't be a need for SAB to declare an interest.

Will be interesting to see what happens next Thursday though.
