Might be more practical to organise an exorcism of the Council chamber.

Might as well exercise an organism in the Council chamber also!  The only thing that will get the scum out, is, imo, to carpet bomb Hartlepool with the cold, hard facts, as to how many £millions HBC/ HCLP  have wasted over the years....and how much that equates to each Hartlepool resident!  More to the point...what the WASTED money could have been used for!  If it can be shown that the Council tax rise could have been avoided IF public money had not been squandered on vanity projects to win votes, people might start to realise that the clowns that are HCLP need to be removed from office asap!  Also, let's not forget the 31% rise that HCLP voted for!  Austerity...MY A%%E!

three steps to heaven
1 pull pin
2 open chamber door
3 throw grenade in the general direction of somebody's back
the public will be facing you unlike the enemy
then run
job done ;D
