So to summarise:
Who Cares (NE) has two Directors, one of which was previously described by a judge in Newcastle as 'incompetent' and the second of which has now been described by a judge in Middlesbrough as 'dishonest'.
Meanwhile, HBC is currently debating whether or not it should award a £340,000 extension to Who Cares (NE) run by said two Directors.
mmmm.....that's a toughy
Surely there can be no question of any further money been given to these two discredited people no matter which organisation is involved.
What people should be asking is how on earth they were given the contract in the first place.
As someone else said, I really don't see how it could be responsible for the council to continue handing over money to an organisation managed by someone who has been labelled by a Judge as being 'dishonest'. That would defy common sense and if the council continues to do so then surely it would be viewed as negligent.
