Speaking of 'Visions', does anyone remember this?

More to the point, has anyone else noticed how it has disappeared out of sight ever since the Headland voted in two non-Labour councillors? No longer does it get a mention in any reference to 'Masterplans' or 'Visions'.

We all know from recent election literature that Labour has no interest in Seaton other than as a cash cow, and we also know that Burn Valley Gardens has gone to the dogs since Ged Hall went Indie and joined John Lauderdale as the two non-Labour councillors there.

Did anyone spot a pattern yet?

I didn't know there were other companies that do this work and which requires brown envelope s as part of the tendering process. Also agree never seen another piece of civil engineering work carried out in the bounds of hartlepool which has not been done by Anymore!
