Stokes posted a photo on Twitter of a car parked outside his house with the words: "I'm taking a picture of someone who is outside of my house wanting to take a picture of me

At least the stalked was at home-unlike the recent Hartlepool  incident where the clueless stalker   never realised he was sitting outside an empty house for 2 days!

Councils need communities but communities don't need councils
Party politics have no place in local goverment
