Last year certain decisions were taken on the strength of this consultation. When it was pointed that less than 1% of the population had taken part, the response was along the lines of

if they can't be bothered then that's their problem

You would expect, as the leader of the council he should looking at ways to engage with as many residents as possible.......from his above comment, his attitude obviously reflects his contempt for the people of the town

They'd need an industrial shredder to cope.  Can I recommend the 'Kamikze Shredders 'Bulls**t  Gulper' ?
