This  is really quite amusing...   especially the back page 'WE PROMISED WE DELIVERED' confecction. It quotes their pledges from 2013 that were all achieved, but the topics shown as bricks in a wall with a lot of ' we intend ' at the start of a lot of the pledges.
So is ' intend' the same as 'achieved' .....?
I can promise to buy my wife a car, but if I then say I intend to work towards getting her a car, I haven't actually delivered have I.....?
