Title: £15,000,000.

First instalment in the Tees Valley adventure arrives. Trouble is it works out at £15 m a year for 5 authorities annually, which isn't that much realistically. Thing is, where in the area will it be spent. Shared equally or spent at one chosen location. This does not sound like a good idea. Maybe they had a bit more nous at the North East area that never was.

I reckon that works out at about £25 each a year - wow what a gamechanger

Like Cleveland County, I suspect that people won't fully wake up to this travesty of democracy until they see the beginning of the new infrastructure plans for Middlesbrough and the A66 rail and road corridor for that is what this has always been about with a large piece of envy towards Newcastle thrown in.

It looks like the Great Leader also now recognises this as I read that he rarely bothers to turn up at the meetings.
