OK, it's the Daily Mail, but a list of points that many people would agree with, especially stopping activists & campaigners from handling completed postal vote ballot papers & envelopes.

It would be nice if a postal vote was made in the presence of an electoral official and no other person was involved. It may well involve visits to homes and establishments and would cost, but worth it in my opinion.
What can be asserted without proof,
can be dismissed without proof.

It should cerainly be the procedure in care & nursing homes, the much used, I'll call round & collect your voting paper to save you going out excuse, was prevelent in many multiple occupancy residences.

The Luther Raman example of vote rigging should be the reason for stringent scrutiny over the voting process.
